   - Locate & identify PST files across corporate networks
   - Select content and archive into user's standard or archive Exchange mailbox
   - Post-actions on PST files like disconnection or marking as Read-Only

Archiving process can be run 24/7, even when Outlook is running and it supports low bandwidth networks.

   - Run while Outlook is open

OPTIMIZE THE BACKUP OF YOUR PST FILES WITH PSTSTATION 3.5

Introducing two very useful enhancements to the backup feature.

First, you can activate compression to speed up the transfer between client and server. You will reduce up to 50% of the data volume by activating this new feature and reduce the overall duration of your backup.

Second, you can break large PST files in smaller chunks when you back them up for the first time. This will prevent timeout disconnection and allow more concurrent users to be backed up at the same time.

Added benefits:
Avoid timeout when backing up very large PST files.

KNOW WHAT IS STORED IN YOUR PST FILES

With this new version, you can now extract a lot of information from your PST files when you run a scan.

You can global findings on emails and non-emails items stored in your PST files like 'how many messages are stored', 'what is the volume of attachments', 'the distribution of the emails by date' and many more

That's all for this issue. We hope you will enjoy using and testing our plug-ins,
